    By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These terms apply to all users making bookings or engaging with our services in the UK and the European Union (EU).

    Introduction

    Yuusr.com is a digital marketplace based in the UK that allows users to search, compare, and book travel and lifestyle services ("Services"). We do not own or operate any of the services listed; we act as a facilitator enabling bookings between users and third-party service providers ("Service Providers").

    Our Role

    Yuusr acts as an intermediary between you and the Service Providers. In some cases, we may act as a sub-agent. Your booking is governed by these terms and the applicable Service Provider's terms and conditions. By booking through Yuusr, you form a direct contract with the Service Provider.

    Booking and Confirmation

    To make a booking, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Agree to these Terms, the Service Provider's conditions, and any applicable third-party terms

    Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email containing the provider's reference number.

    Payment Terms

    Payment may be made in full or in instalments, where offered. You authorize us to charge the provided payment method. Failure to complete payment may lead to cancellation.

    We accept major debit/credit cards. We do not charge processing fees, but your bank may impose additional charges.

    Pricing and Errors

    We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors. If such an error affects your booking, we will contact you with alternatives or cancel and refund your booking.

    In the case of packages, price adjustments may occur due to fuel surcharges, taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations. You will be notified at least 20 days in advance. If the price increases by more than 8%, you may cancel without penalty.

    Cancellations and Amendments

    By You:

    You may cancel at any time, subject to fees imposed by the Service Provider. Non- refundable services will not be refunded.

    By Us or the Service Provider:

    Minor changes may occur without compensation. For significant changes, you may opt for a refund or alternative arrangement.

    Package-specific Cancellation Rights:

    If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances arise at your destination (e.g., natural disaster or major safety threat), you may cancel your package with a full refund.

    Travel Insurance

    You are solely responsible for purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including COVID-19 and health cover. Yuusr disclaims liability for losses due to inadequate insurance.

    COVID-19 and Travel Requirements

    You must comply with local COVID-19 regulations and requirements. This includes testing, quarantine, or health documentation. No refunds will be issued for non-compliance or refusal to meet entry/exit rules.

    Government mandates, border closures, and flight restrictions may affect your travel. Yuusr will assist where possible but is not liable for costs incurred due to such disruptions.

    Data Privacy

    Your data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR where applicable. We collect, store, and process your data to manage bookings, communicate with Service Providers, and deliver customer service. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

    We only share your data with third parties as necessary to complete your booking or as legally required. You may exercise your rights under GDPR, including access, correction, and deletion, by contacting contact@yuusr.com.

    Loyalty Program

    Yuusr may offer a loyalty or rewards program ("Yuusr Rewards"). Participation is voluntary and governed by separate terms, but:

    • Points or benefits have no cash value
    • Redemption may be subject to availability and restrictions
    • Yuusr reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the program at any time

    Misuse or fraudulent participation may result in exclusion from the program and forfeiture of rewards.

    Partner Responsibilities

    Partners and Service Providers listed on Yuusr must:

    • Ensure accurate service descriptions
    • Honour all confirmed bookings
    • Comply with applicable UK/EU consumer, data, and travel regulations

    Yuusr is not liable for partner breaches or misrepresentation. However, we may intervene to facilitate resolutions.

    Limitation of Liability

    Non-Package Bookings:

    We are not liable for the delivery of services by third parties. Our responsibility ends upon successful booking confirmation.

    Package Bookings (UK/EU):

    Under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (UK) and the EU Package Travel Directive, we are responsible for the performance of your booked services.

    In the event of failure or improper performance, we will remedy the issue or offer suitable alternatives. If unsatisfactory, you may be entitled to a price reduction or compensation. Our maximum liability is limited to three times the total package price, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

    Insolvency Protection

    In line with UK and EU law, Yuusr will provide financial protection for package bookings through trust arrangements or insurance. This ensures you receive a refund or repatriation in the event of insolvency.

    ATOL Certificate

    ATOL Protection

    Yuusr.com is trading of traveleap global Ltd who is a licensed holder of an Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL). When you buy an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive package through us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate.

    This certificate lists what is financially protected, who provides the protection, and who to contact if something goes wrong. The protection ensures that you are not stranded abroad and that you receive a refund if your travel arrangements cannot be provided due to our insolvency.

    Complaints and Dispute Resolution

    Complaints must be reported during travel. Post-travel complaints should be submitted within 28 days of your return via Manage My Booking or emailed to contact@yuusr.com. We aim to respond within 28 days.

    Unresolved disputes may be escalated via Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in accordance with UK or EU consumer dispute processes. We are also open to arbitration under an approved scheme.

    Legal and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. UK or EU residents may bring proceedings in local courts under consumer protections.

    Entire Agreement

    These Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yuusr. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining sections remain enforceable.
